Summer Camp 2010

I am super excited about our Summer Camps for 2010.

The June 7 – 11 camp is for ages 7-12 from 9am to 3pm. 
This camp will introduce students to the sport of climbing. We will explore bouldering and rope climbing technique. We will cover safety in climbing. Using games, students will learn about climbing movement and how to use different types of climbing holds. This camp is for sutdents who are new to climbing and those who have tried climbing and want to learn more.
The cost is $300.

The June 14 – 18 camp is for ages 4 -6 from 9am to 1pm. 
This camp is designed t owork with young children to introduce them t oclimbig and work with them to push themselves further than they think they can go. It will help them explore what they can do while expanding their comfort level. We will climb, play exercise games and run around alot.
The cost is $200.

The July 12 – 16 camp is for ages 7 – 12 from 9am to 3pm.

The July 26 – 30 camp is for ages 10 – 16.  The times on mon & tue are from 9am to 3pm and then on wed – fri from 8am to 8pm.    Climbers will explore lead climbing and transition to outdoor climbing. For climbers who are ready to start lead climbing, we will cover belay technique, clipping and cleaning a route. For climbers not ready to lead, we will be working on improving technique and climbing outside.
I am really excited about this camp since we will be climbing outside on the last three days.
The cost is $500.
